R&S Arts in the Woods Annual General Meeting - AGM
River and Sky Arts in the Woods was formed and incorporated as a not-for-profit this past year. Arts in the Woods is and will be the force behind events presented under the 'R&S' banner.
At the AGM we meet to gather new members, talk shop and get ready for 2012. We'll have live music via Digital Bender. The Fromagerie will also have food and drink for sale.
To attend and/or vote you will need to purchase a 2012 RaSAW Membership.
Cash is needed before the festival to make the festival happen. This is what membership fees are all about. We are basing our 2012 member fee on our perpetual need for cash before the festival. We are asking members to pay $25 toward their 2012 festival now; this is the membership fee. Members will receive $20 off our first round of advance festival passes.
Your participation and interest in RaSAW is huge. People spreading the word and helping out adds up in a big way. If you would like to help with R&S in 2012 - you will need a membership. Become a volunteer, a board member, a committee member or simply support the festival by being a member-at-large.

At the AGM we will be electing some new board members, voting in our bylaws, and putting out signup sheets for committee work involving the hands-on stuff that drives the festival. To volunteer at R&S 2012 you will need to be a member. We are working toward implementing a planning website, riverandsky.org, where members can contribute to discussion and planning via online feedback.
When you register for the meeting on Eventbrite you will be asked how you want to be involved. The registration fee is your membership payment.
If you want to pay by cash or cheque please email us and we will input your info once we receive your payment. If you are paying at the door you will be able to complete the online registration at the meeting.
