The Junction Creek Stewardship Committee is an environmental grassroots organization who’s mission is: “To restore all life to the Junction Creek ecosystem: native wildlife, insect and plant life, and to improve the quality of life for humans as well.”
The JCSC accomplishes this goal through research, education and most importantly through community awareness and involvement. Almost all restoration of the Junction Creek ecosystem is done by dedicated community groups and volunteers through the Adopt-a-Creek program, Treeplanting events, and Bug-Search programs among others
